Description and Requirements Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join the Digital Workplace Solutions Delivery Team within the Lenovo Services & Solutions Group (SSG). This role will reside within the North America Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the successful execution of medium complexity projects in accordance with quality standards, while ensuring client satisfaction. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining effective communication between our clients and internal teams including Presales, Sales, and Fulfillment. Job Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple medium-complexity services projects simultaneously , balancing competing priorities, timelines, customer requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and resource constraints while ensuring successful outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders , providing proactive communication, status updates, risk visibility, and clear expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations , proactively managing dependencies and changes to keep projects on track. Ensure all project activities remain within the agreed Scope of Work (SOW) , identifying and managing scope changes through established governance and change management processes. Identify , assess, and mitigate project risks proactively , developing contingency plans and resolution strategies to minimize business impact and maintain delivery commitments. Leverage AI tools, automation, and technology solutions to improve productivity, streamline project administration, enhance reporting accuracy, and reduce manual effort while maintaining high-quality outcomes. Prepare and deliver executive-level updates, project reviews, and stakeholder communications, clearly articulating project status, risks, accomplishments, and required decisions. Drive customer satisfaction by consistently delivering projects on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality and contractual requirements. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field. Proven experience ( 5 + years) in a customer-facing project manager role managing medium complexity projects from initiation to closure . Preferred Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills . Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Ability to translate AI capabilities into business/project requirements. Experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Proficient in project management tools and methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite. PMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred. PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 86,800-133,055 USD . Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
