• Your Experience Matters Here CareMaster is expanding our Raleigh restoration operation and is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager with a strong background in insurance-related property restoration and reconstruction.

This is not an entry-level Project Manager position and is not intended for general construction candidates without restoration experience. If you have successfully managed water, fire, storm, or other insurance restoration projects and understand the unique demands of working with homeowners, insurance carriers, adjusters, estimators, subcontractors, and production teams, we would like to talk with you. Compensation Base Salary:

70,000

• 85,000 annually, depending on experience In addition to competitive base compensation, CareMaster offers a strong performance-based bonus structure that gives successful Project Managers the opportunity to increase their overall earnings based on results.

What You'll Be Responsible For As a CareMaster Restoration Project Manager, you will manage assigned restoration and reconstruction projects from handoff through successful completion.

Responsibilities include:

Managing residential and commercial restoration/reconstruction projects Reviewing project scopes, estimates, contracts, and job requirements Developing and maintaining project schedules Coordinating employees, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and inspections Monitoring job costs, budgets, change orders, and project profitability Maintaining accurate and timely project documentation Communicating professionally with property owners throughout the project Working effectively with insurance adjusters, carriers, estimators, and other stakeholders Identifying scope discrepancies and assisting with supplements when necessary Conducting jobsite inspections and monitoring workmanship and progress Resolving project challenges proactively before they become larger problems Maintaining quality, safety, customer service, and company standards Driving projects toward timely completion and customer satisfaction Who We Are Looking For Qualified candidates should have: 3+ years of restoration, reconstruction, or insurance-repair Project Management experience preferred Direct experience managing projects resulting from water, fire, storm, mold, or other property losses Strong understanding of residential construction and reconstruction Experience working within the insurance restoration process Ability to read and understand scopes, estimates, and project documentation Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades Strong understanding of project budgets, job costing, scheduling, and profitability Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent organizational and follow-through skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional customer-service skills Sound decision-making and problem-solving ability Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Highly Valuable Experience Strong consideration will be given to candidates with experience in: Xactimate Insurance carrier programs and claims processes TPA programs and service-level requirements DASH, CoreLogic, or comparable restoration management platforms Estimate review and supplementation Large or complex residential losses Commercial restoration projects Water mitigation-to-reconstruction handoffs Job costing and gross-profit management IICRC certifications Managing subcontractor networks You do not need to check every box to have a conversation with us.
