Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager for contract to hire in Whitsett, NC.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate NPI, manufacturing transfers, production ramp-ups, and capacity expansion projects.
Ensure manufacturing readiness, including equipment, tooling, documentation, staffing, and training.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and global stakeholders.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve execution challenges.
Track KPIs related to cost, quality, delivery, productivity, and project timelines.
Lead or support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate project status, risks, and priorities to leadership.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred.5-8 years of manufacturing experience.3-5 years of manufacturing project management experience.
Experience with NPI, automation, capacity expansion, manufacturing transformation, or process improvement projects.
Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience working with global teams preferred.

Summary:
The Manufacturing Project Manager will partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Global Teams to support NPI, automation, capacity expansion, process improvement, and manufacturing readiness while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and operational goals. Key ResponsibilitiesLead manufacturing projects from planning through execution and completion.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
