Project Coordinator Organization:
Home Instead Location:
Lincoln, Nebraska, covering Lancaster, Seward, and Saline Counties.
Schedule:
Part-Time; Tuesdays and Thursdays 8AM-4:30PM Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager Position Summary The Marketing Assistant supports the growth and visibility of the organization through recruiting support, community engagement, social media management, and marketing coordination. This role plays a key part in attracting both Care Professionals (CPs) and clients, maintaining strong referral relationships, coordinating events, and supporting the Be A Santa to a Senior (BASTAS) program. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, relationship-driven, and passionate about making a difference in the community. Key Responsibilities Care Pro Engagement and Internal Programs Support
  • Assist In planning and coordinating Care Professional engagement Initiatives and activities
  • Support execution of Care Pro Mandatory meetings, including scheduling, communication, materials, and follow-up.
  • Help coordinate recruiting campaigns, job fairs, and hiring events.
  • Track participation, engagement, and assist with reporting for Internal Initiatives Be A Santa to a Senior Program Support
  • Assist in coordinating and promoting the BASTAS program.
  • Help maintain program materials and communication.
  • Track participation and engagement metrics.
  • Support recognition and appreciation efforts tied to the program. Social Media and Digital Marketing
  • Help manage and maintain social media platforms (content creation, posting, engagement, messaging).
  • Develop and schedule content aligned with company goals and brand standards.
  • Capture photos/videos at events and in-office activities (as appropriate).
  • Monitor engagement and report basic performance metrics. Marketing Materials and Brand Support
  • Assist in creating and maintaining marketing materials (flyers, brochures, digital graphics, recruiting materials).
  • Ensure impression bags and referral provider folders are stocked, organized, and up to date.
  • Coordinate thank-you cards, appreciation gifts, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain organized inventory of promotional materials. Event and Community Engagement
  • Coordinate logistics for community events, networking meetings, and recruiting events.
  • Attend community events and meetings as a representative of the organization.
  • Help prepare materials and displays for events.
  • Support follow-up efforts after events to maximize relationship building. Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (Canva preferred).
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Meets all pre‑employment requirements (background check, etc) Physical & Environmental Requirements Frequent local travel.
