Restoration/Mitigation Project ManagementCompany OverviewWe provide 24/7 restoration, cleaning and reconstruction services throughout New York and New Jersey. We handle residential, commercial and Large Loss projects in one of the most complex restoration environments in the country.



Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate disaster restoration projects from initial response through final closeout. The Project Manager will oversee field operations, manage budgets and schedules, ensure quality and safety, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurers and subcontractors. This role requires hands-on restoration project management experience and the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.



Key ResponsibilitiesManage restoration projects end-to-end, including emergency response, mitigation, final quality control.



Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules and budgets; monitor costs and adjust resources to meet financial targets.



Coordinate and supervise field crews, subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed on schedule and to company standards.



Prepare and review estimates, change orders and documentation for client and insurance approval; work with adjusters and claims representatives as needed.



QualificationsProven experience in restoration project management.



Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets and teams in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment.



Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills; comfortable working with homeowners, property managers and insurance adjusters.



Proficiency with Xactimate and ability to estimate mitigation is preferred.



IICRC certification is preferred.



Valid drivers license, reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites and respond to emergency calls.
