Job Description
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly reliable individual to serve as a Live-In Operations, Property & Executive Coordinator for a family-owned portfolio of businesses and residential properties located in Edgewater, New Jersey. This is a unique opportunity for a graduate student, young professional, aspiring entrepreneur, hospitality professional, executive assistant, or operations-minded individual seeking a flexible role with significant responsibility, growth potential, and housing benefits. The successful candidate will receive a private furnished bedroom as part of the compensation package, along with hourly pay and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across real estate, property operations, event planning, executive support, and business administration. ResponsibilitiesProperty Operations Coordinate leasing inquiries and property tours Manage prospective tenant communications Maintain occupancy and leasing trackers Coordinate move-ins and move-outs Schedule and oversee maintenance vendors Manage cleaners and property turnover schedules Conduct routine property inspections Maintain inventory of supplies and household items Assist with resident communications and issue resolution Prepare weekly property reports Executive & Administrative Support Calendar management and scheduling Travel research and coordination Project tracking and follow-up Vendor management Document organization Research projects and special assignments Meeting preparation and note-taking General business administration Event & Retreat Coordination Support the planning and execution of wellness, educational, and professional retreats, including: Venue research Vendor coordination Budget tracking Guest registration management Event logistics Travel coordination Marketing and communications support Attendee experience management Family Office Support Coordinate household projects Manage contractor scheduling Track recurring household obligations Assist with organization of personal and business records Support miscellaneous projects as they arise Ideal Candidate You are: Extremely organized Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software A strong communicator Professional and trustworthy Detail-oriented Resourceful and proactive Comfortable managing multiple priorities Able to work independently without constant supervision Preferred Experience Executive Assistant Property Management Hospitality Operations Event Planning Customer Service Real Estate Administrative Support Experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate.
