Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion Oversee client communication and manage client relationships Manage project consultants (engineers, expediters, etc.) Coordinate and oversee the preparation of complete drawing sets Monitor project deliverables and report on progress with the team Efficiently and independently solve problems as they arise Gain a deep understanding of client standards and adapt them to various projects Coordinate with building departments and landlord representatives Complete construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit Create 3D models and renderings Document and scan existing conditions and incorporate them into designs Develop and draft detailed construction drawings
Skills:
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Experience with Bluebeam Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Experience with COMcheck/REScheck Familiarity with rendering software
Qualifications:
College degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Experience in project planning and management Positive attitude and a proactive approach to supporting team and company growth Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
