Job Description The Residential Construction Assistant Project Manager will: Support Project Managers with the day-to-day management of residential construction projects Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits Assist in maintaining project schedules and tracking milestones Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management Help monitor project budgets, commitments, and cost reporting Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules Participate in project meetings and distribute meeting minutes and action items Track inspections, permit requirements, and compliance documentation Support Quality Assurance and Quality Control efforts throughout construction Assist with project closeout, punch list completion, and warranty documentation Ensure project files and construction software systems remain organized and up to date MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
