Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in HVAC systems to lead complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an opportunity to manage large-scale construction initiatives, coordinate teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet in depth standards for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of HVAC construction projects, ensuring all phases align with project specifications and client expectations. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate construction timelines effectively. Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs through HeavyBid or equivalent cost management tools, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and resolve issues promptly. Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and building codes by enforcing strict compliance with construction regulations and regulatory standards. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D for document control, project tracking, and reporting purposes. Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress, verify quality standards, and address any issues related to construction scheduling or site safety. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to optimize project delivery while controlling costs. Lead project team meetings to review progress updates, resolve conflicts, and adjust schedules as needed for timely completion. Ensure proper reading of blueprints and schematics by team members to facilitate accurate installation of HVAC systems. Maintain comprehensive documentation including safety reports, inspection logs, change orders, and project correspondence. Experience Proven experience managing large-scale HVAC or infrastructure construction projects within a commercial or civil environment. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite for planning and reporting purposes. Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced construction management role while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, budgeting, and contract administration. Familiarity with heavy civil construction practices including site preparation, foundation work, piping systems, ductwork installation, and schematic interpretation. In-depth understanding of construction regulations governing commercial infrastructure projects along with experience ensuring regulatory compliance on-site. Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical schematics related to HVAC systems. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience using project management software such as ProCore or Prolog is highly desirable for seamless project coordination. #IND1

$90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
