Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Administrative Coordinator to manage office operations and support project lifecycles. This is an on-site role reporting to the Director of Operations and the Managing Director of National Sales. You will bridge the gap between administrative operations and active project coordination. You will ensure schedules, documentation, and office workflows remain seamless. The ideal candidate balances daily office tasks with tracking milestones, budgets, and team deliverables. Core Responsibilities Project Coordination Track project timelines , milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion. Maintain documentation including status reports, action items, and project dashboards. Coordinate team communication between internal departments and external partners. Monitor project budgets , log expenses, and flag variances for management. Document key decisions and action items during technical and strategy meetings. Administrative Support Manage calendar scheduling for department leadership, teams, and client meetings. Coordinate travel logistics , itineraries, and expense report submissions. Maintain office inventory , order supplies, and oversee equipment needs. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and the
Managing Director of National Sales Qualifications Required Experience :
2+ years in an administrative support or project coordination role.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Tech Skills :
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Organization :
Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priority shifts.
Communication :
Excellent written and verbal skills for cross-team collaboration.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
