Type:

full-time Construction Project Manager We are looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager to manage construction projects mainly consisting of interior fit-outs in our commercial office buildings. This is an on-site position. The person will be responsible for both managing projects and handling the day-to-day work needed to keep them moving. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage tenant fit-outs in coordination with the landlord and tenant Be on-site and manage day-to-day construction activities Show projects to contractors and review the scope of work with them Coordinate contractors, vendors, and different trades Make sure everyone understands what needs to be done Monitor schedules, progress, deliveries, and deadlines Accept and organize deliveries of construction materials Oversee tenant move-outs and space turnovers Coordinate maintenance and repair projects Check the quality of the work and make sure all finishes are acceptable Make sure completed work meets the expectations of the landlord and tenant Create and follow up on punch lists until everything is completed Communicate with owners, tenants, building supers, building staff, and contractors Handle unexpected issues and be able to make decisions and work on the fly

What We're Looking For:

A good understanding of the construction process Experience managing job sites and coordinating trades Able to review and explain the scope of a project A good eye for quality, details, and finish work Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in occupied office buildings Able to manage several projects and priorities at once Reliable, responsive, practical, and willing to be hands-on

Annual Compensation:

$70k-$90k, based on experience.
