The ideal candidate will bring strong program management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with successful execution across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership Lead and manage multiple strategic programs and initiatives from inception through completion. Develop comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics to support delivery of business objectives. Drive program governance, risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and executive reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective execution. Monitor program performance and proactively implement corrective actions when needed. Stakeholder Management Partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to achieve program goals. Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive updates. Build strong relationships across all organizational levels and ensure communication is clear, timely, and consistent. Delivery Execution Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in line with quality expectations. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and change requests. Establish and track key performance indicators, KPIs, and business outcomes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote adoption of best practices across programs.

This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
