Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Industrial department. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish, with responsibility for project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, client communication, safety, and quality. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive construction project management experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completedsafely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and contractual requirements. Duties Oversee procurement activities, including material verification, vendor coordination, and deliverymanagement. Collaborate with general contractors, field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects arecompleted safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements. Maintain project schedules, monitor productivity and performance metrics, identify risks, and implementcorrective actions to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate field installation drawings, equipment procurement, and material delivery to support projectmilestones. Manage the financial performance of assigned projects, including budgets, forecasts, labor, materials,subcontractors, equipment, and indirect costs. Prepare and maintain project financial reports, including WIP reporting, cost-to-complete projections, earnedrevenue, and margin analysis. Track and/or issue project financials including labor, materials, and change order. Requirements Primarily office-based with regular travel to active construction sites, client locations, and company trainingevents. Ability to safely navigate active construction environments, including uneven terrain, ladders, scaffolds, andother jobsite conditions. Must be able to perform site inspections and walk projects for extended periods as needed. Required to comply with all company and site-specific safety policies, including the use of personal protectiveequipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, high-visibility apparel, and steel-toe footwear whenrequired. Occasional travel may be required for project meetings, site inspections, training, and other business-related activities.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:
