Job Requirements Mercury, NV DoE Q or L Polygraph not specified Mid Level Career (5+ yrs experience) $40,000 - $50,000 Job Description The contractor shall provide an on-site Project Manager (PM)/supervisor who possesses the requisite management skills and resources to plan, organize, direct, accomplish, document, invoice, and control the technical efforts outlined in this PWS. This PM/supervisor will not only manage and assign work tasks, serving as the primary point of contact with the Government, but will also actively contribute to the workload. The PM/supervisor shall have qualifications equivalent to other contract employees and will perform full duties to support other areas of the PWS, directly backing up staff members to ensure task completion. The on-site PM/supervisor or a delegated acting PM/supervisor must be available during core hours each business day. The PM/supervisor and contractor staff shall interface with internal

offices and their counterparts, as well as other Federal and M&O contractor counterparts, to accomplish assigned tasks. The contractor shall provide staff to support this contract and ensure continuity of work through cross-training when necessary. All individuals, including the PM/supervisor, shall be capable of serving as back-up for all duties covered in the PWS (excluding training analyst support). On-site contractor resources, including the PM/supervisor as needed, shall be available to provide administrative support at conferences, assessments, and meetings, if required and authorized by the COR and the CO The absence of any contractor personnel shall be supported by fill-in personnel, with the PM/supervisor contributing directly to ensure adequate performance and coverage of all functions. Contractor management, CO and COR will meet routinely to review current issues, performance, and overall support effort.
