Job Description Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are met. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure effective communication across all project teams and stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with diverse teams. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards. Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
