Sales/Project Manager Are you looking to join a growing and fast paced team in the Capital District? AJ Signs is looking for a new team member to join as Sales/Project Manager at our Burnt Hills, NY headquarters. Qualified candidates must be motivated self-starters who take pride in their work with a strong attention to detail. Basic construction experience is preferred. Sign experience is a plus but not required, job training is available.

Essential Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their signage needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborating with Management and Design teams to develop sign concepts that align with client goals, budgets, and brand identity. Preparing and delivering professional proposals to showcase sign options and benefits. Conducting site visits to assess installation requirements, gather project details, and ensure the best signage solutions for each location. Coordinating with production and installation teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and meet client expectations. Following up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for future business.

Other Requirements:

Positive, motivated attitude with a eagerness to learn. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Team player, working closely with Project Managers, Designers, Fabricators, and Installers. Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, walking, and working at heights on ladders and lifts. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
