About us Burnt Hills Veterinary Hospital is a winner of the Best Veterinary Hospital in the Capital district year after year!
Candidate Availability Requirements:
Full-Time, Open Availability, including weekends
Availability:
Monday-Sunday, day and evening shifts Patient Service Representatives are the clients' first impression of the practice, both on the phone and in-person. PSR's must possess strong organizational skills, as well excellent customer service skills. Our team handles emergency situations on a daily basis, compassion for animals and their owners is a must! Our PSR's work in multiple areas, including: communication room, front desk and as a patient liaison- bringing patients into exam rooms and taking a medical history.
Responsibilities Include:
greeting clients; accurate appointment scheduling; managing a multi-line phone system; accurate data processing; processing invoices and payments; managing medical records, rooming patients, obtaining medical history. BHVH is an EOE.
