Please apply here: https://app.mycentralcore.com/careers/apply?job=101&ref=5bd304861db475ab06afb85ce1617398 Job Overview We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Service Provider Recruiter to identify, recruit, and onboard qualified third-party Service Providers across multiple skilled trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.). Your primary mission is to build and maintain a reliable network of Service Providers that can support our clients' needs quickly, efficiently, and with high-quality service. By sourcing strategically and building long-term provider partnerships, you will play a critical role in the success of both our clients and our vendor network. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and vet qualified Service Providers based on trade, geography, and rate requirements. Maintain regular and flexible communication to connect with Service Providers who are often difficult to reach during standard hours. Conduct thorough and efficient information gathering interviews to qualify Service Provides for our network. Overcome Service Provider objections with persistence and resourcefulness, addressing concerns about the partnership by emphasizing the value of joining our network. Guide prospective Service Providers through the full application and onboarding process. Negotiate competitive rates that meet company and client budget expectations. Train and educate Service Providers on company Code of Conduct, SOPs, performance expectations, and best practices. Build, strengthen, and sustain relationships with existing Service Providers to improve regional coverage and maintain long-term engagement. Support both reactive and strategic sourcing initiatives to meet fluctuating customer demands. Qualifications 3-5 years' experience working in construction, third-party maintenance, or facilities management with skilled trades is required. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with strong phone presence. Proven track record of negotiating with others while maintaining a "win-win" relationship. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open projects simultaneously. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when priorities change. Resilient, confident, and able to handle rejection. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Self-starter who is disciplined, reliable, and able to work effectively on-site.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:
