Overview ATCO Contracting Group, Inc is seeking an experienced Environmental Project/Field Manager to manage asbestos, lead, and mold projects from start to finish. This is a combination office and field position, requiring the ability to manage project operations, attend client and contractor meetings, coordinate schedules and crews, and regularly visit active job sites to supervise field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties Manage environmental remediation projects from award through final completion and closeout. Review project specifications, drawings, work plans, schedules, and applicable regulatory requirements. Develop project schedules and coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors (if applicable) , and other resources. Regularly visit and supervise active job sites and field operations. Coordinate with clients to ensure quality service and completion. Attend pre construction-meetings, project meetings, progress meetings, and client meetings. Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders. Identify potential issues early and develop practical solutions. Manage change orders, additional work, delays, and field conditions as required. Ensure that closeout documents are completed accurately and on time. Requirements 3+ years of environmental remediation project management or field supervision experience. Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong Knowledge of remediation and abatement procedures and applicable regulations (NYCDEP, DOL, EPA). Motivation in managing projects from start to finish. Ability to visit job sites and supervise on site superindendents and field crews. Coordinate multiple projects. Strong Communication, organizational, and problem solving skills. Comfortable attending meetings and visiting your jobs when needed. Valid Driver's License with a personal vehicle. OSHA 40- Hour Certification NYS DOL Asbestos Handler License NYC DOB Site Safety Card Preferred (Not Required)
