Job Description

About Us We are a fast-paced kitchen & bath design/build firm specializing in residential remodeling projects. Our team works closely with homeowners, designers, and field crews to deliver high-quality kitchens and bathrooms from concept through completion. Position Overview This role is the central hub of our daily operations—supporting customer communication, scheduling, project coordination, and office management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. Front Office & Customer Interaction Answer and manage incoming calls and customer inquiries Greet showroom visitors and coordinate with designers Maintain daily call logs and communication records Provide a professional and welcoming showroom experience Scheduling & Coordination Schedule appointments for designers and project managers Coordinate field visits, subcontractors, and installations Maintain and manage the company calendar Communicate schedule updates to customers and crews Project Coordination Track project timelines, job readiness, and material availability Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials arrive before job start Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and field teams Assist in managing job progress and resolving scheduling conflicts Administrative & Office Support Maintain office supplies and showroom organization Process deliveries and incoming mail Assist with QuickBooks data entry (invoices, customer records, receipts) Prepare job folders, install packets, and field documentation Qualifications 2+ years experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and follow-up Experience in construction, remodeling, or kitchen & bath industry preferred Familiarity with permitting and licensing processes is a strong plus QuickBooks experience is a strong plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership and follows through Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment Strong problem-solver who can juggle multiple priorities Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Compensation $22-$28 per hour, based on experience Opportunity for growth and compensation increases as training is completed and responsibilities expand Additional Information This is an in-office position; local candidates are strongly preferred How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note about your experience in scheduling, coordination, or operations.
