Project Coordinator
Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support cross-functional initiatives in New York, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep projects organized, maintain clear documentation, and help teams stay aligned on priorities and deadlines. The role will work closely with business partners, technology teams, and external vendors to help drive execution, monitor progress, and support process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Organize project activities by maintaining schedules, monitoring milestones, and following up with stakeholders to keep deliverables on track.
- Create and maintain process documents, workflow maps, and standard operating procedures to support consistent execution across teams.
- Assist with technology-related initiatives by coordinating testing efforts, supporting deployment activities, and helping teams prepare for implementation.
- Contribute to AI-related efforts through prompt support, workflow automation assistance, and evaluation of tools for business use.
- Provide administrative coordination for governance and compliance tasks, ensuring records and supporting materials are accurate and current.
- Track open items, incoming requests, key documents, and due dates so teams have clear visibility into next steps and priorities.
- Act as a central point of communication among business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to facilitate collaboration and issue resolution. Requirements
- Experience supporting project coordination activities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to manage timelines, documentation, and follow-up tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with process documentation, workflow development, and standard operating procedure creation.
- Exposure to technology implementations, user testing, or rollout support is preferred.
- Working knowledge of AI tools, prompt development, or workflow automation concepts is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with Relativity, document coding, or coordination within construction-related projects is beneficial.
