Tri-State Wiring, Inc. is seeking an experienced BMS Controls Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from start to finish. This position involves visiting multiple jobsites each day, coordinating with field staff and clients, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Responsibilities Manage multiple BMS controls projects and jobsites simultaneously Visit jobsites regularly to inspect work and monitor progress Communicate with clients regarding project status, expectations, scheduling, and any concerns Coordinate daily work with foremen, technicians, and other trades Review project plans, submittals, specifications, and wiring diagrams Track job progress and update Excel spreadsheets and project documentation Identify and help resolve jobsite issues, delays, and material needs Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet company and client expectations Attend project meetings and provide progress updates Maintain clear communication between clients, field employees, and company management Experience Minimum of five years of experience in HVAC controls/BMS, or a college degree in engineering or a related field Previous project management or field management experience preferred Knowledge of HVAC controls, building management systems, and electrical wiring Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to read and understand submittals, plans, specifications, and wiring diagrams Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Ability to travel between multiple jobsites throughout the day Job Type Full-time Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Salary is based on experience.
