Job Description As a Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager in Rochester, NY you will: Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project administration Support budgeting, cost tracking, and project financial reporting Prepare and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Maintain project schedules and track key milestones Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting minutes Process RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation Assist with procurement and material tracking Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager in Rochester, NY should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 2-5 years of construction experience in project coordination or management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software Experience with commercial construction projects preferred Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Team player with a desire to grow into a Project Manager role What's on Offer Salary range: $80,000
- $100,000 USD. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). $600
- 700 monthly vehicle allowance with a gas card. $60
- 80 per diem for travel over 70 miles. $300
- 400 additional weekly compensation for extended travel.
