Job Description Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction projects to meet deadlines. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project budgets and report on any variances. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for timely delivery to job sites. Support the project manager in resolving any issues that arise during the construction process. Conduct site visits to oversee progress and address any on-site challenges. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience with construction projects, preferably in the property industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools and software. Understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
