Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects within the construction industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for driving project success in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards Manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, fostering effective communication and collaboration Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively Oversee construction estimating processes and cost management strategies to optimize resource allocation and financial performance Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory requirements Coordinate construction schedule activities with site teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and resolving any scheduling conflicts Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and safety records Requirements Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong track record of successful delivery Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office suite Solid understanding of construction estimating, cost management, and budgeting principles Hands-on experience with construction site operations, safety regulations, and regulatory compliance standards Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately Strong project scheduling skills with expertise in construction schedule coordination and project timeline management Excellent leadership abilities in managing teams within a fast-paced construction environment Knowledge of civil 3D or similar civil engineering design software is a plus Effective communication skills for contract negotiations and client interactions Valid experience in managing contracts and ensuring adherence to construction regulations Time management skills that enable juggling multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as a Project Manager if you're passionate about leading impactful projects that shape communities! Pay:
$85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
