Project Manager#26-04656 Brooklyn, OH On-site Contract Starts 5/18/2026 Ends 10/30/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for an on-site contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Brooklyn, OH. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role leads and supports a diverse portfolio of small to mid-size projects impacting a Line of Business (LOB) or functional areas. The Project Manager will take projects from planning through final implementation using standard project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies. The position requires a hands-on approach to defining and clarifying processes, ensuring project teams have clear direction and consistent execution standards while partnering closely with business leaders, IT, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage small to mid-size projects or discrete project phases from initiation through implementation Develop, maintain, and execute integrated project plans, including critical paths, milestones, and checkpoints Identify ambiguous workflows or undefined processes and partner with stakeholders to define, document, standardize, and improve business processes Analyze current-state operations and rmend technology-enabled enhancements Leadmunication and change management activities, including stakeholdermunication planning and training coordination Coordinate with cross-functional partners, subject matter experts, and technology teams to design and implement solutions Identify, track, analyze, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource needs Support business case development, project initiation activities, and governance checkpoints Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and financial requests Prepare and deliver executive-ready reporting, status updates, and projectmunications
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of project management, process improvement, or technology-enabling experience Extensive experience with effective project management strategies and tactics to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects Extensive experience with effectivemunication concepts, tools, and techniques Working knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis to determine the root cause of organizational problems Working knowledge of effective self-management practices to manage multiple concurrent objectives and projects Working knowledge of techniques to successfully effect change in an organization Working knowledge of project planning, control, and reporting Strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and leadership skills Comply with all client policies and procedures, including acting professionally and conducting business ethically Desired skills: Experience working with enterprise tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365) Experience supporting or leading projects in financial services Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI certification Agile, ADKAR, or related change-management certifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification Pay range: $65.00 - $70.00 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
