Responsibilities Lead and manage web/mobile application development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with senior managers to prioritize and direct project initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, managing changes and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Create integrated project plans, track milestones, and manage project dependencies and critical paths. Estimate and allocate resources, manage vendor performance, and oversee project budgets and forecasts. Identify and resolve project issues, perform impact analysis, and implement corrective actions as needed. Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer, ensuring smooth transition to business as usual functions. Skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with a PMI certification. Minimum of five years of experience in complex project management roles. Proficiency in Jira, Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict management abilities. Excellent communication skills, capable of adjusting to various audiences. Preferred Skills Experience in the financial services industry. Familiarity with application development practices and cloud, network, and security infrastructure. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor project teams.
