Job Summary:

We are partnering with a marketing organization seeking a highly organized professional to keep complex initiatives moving from strategy through execution. Our team is looking for someone who can connect cross-functional partners, manage competing priorities, and help deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the expected level of quality.

Responsibilities:

Manage multi-channel projects through the full project lifecycle, including scope, approach, timelines, milestones, schedules, and closure. Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, internal resources, and cross-functional teams to support project delivery. Track risks, escalate unresolved issues, and communicate project performance and deviations from plan in a timely manner. Maintain documentation, approvals, budgets, forecasts, and formal project tracking using established project management methodology.

Required:

5+ years of experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing projects Marketing generalist experience and a track record of managing multiple marketing projects. Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
