Responsibilities & Expectations:
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and supporting sales initiatives by collaborating with various departments and teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and provide an Unmatched Customer Experience. Receive customer RFQ's, Specifications, Requirements, Commercial Terms & Conditions. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for required labor, material, logistics costs. Prepare and submit project proposals, Gantt charts, initial reports, RCFA, Final Reports. Coordinate and manage project witness and hold points. Set up and update projects in ACS. Creation of work plans in ACS. Lead the Contract Review Process. Develop project management plans to manage progress of projects and communicate timely updates with customers. Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Communicate with and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Liaise between sales, engineering, and operations to ensure orders are executed to customer specifications. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the customer and IPS Account/National Account Managers. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and required exceptions. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Perform job closeout functions.
Qualifications and Competencies:

Pay Rate Details :
$80,000 - $100,000 per year
