Earn 5% or 10% of qualifying weekly repair sales — whichever is greater for that same week We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee our chimney repair projects from scheduling through completion. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing crews, coordinating projects, communicating with customers, and identifying opportunities to increase sales. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate repair projects for field crews Manage daily repair schedules and ensure crews have the necessary information and materials Track the quality and progress of completed work Monitor crew performance and identify ways to improve efficiency and expedite projects Order parts and materials and maintain proper inventory levels Visit job sites to inspect projects and identify potential upsell opportunities Provide phone support to repair crews throughout the day Communicate with customers and provide support when needed Follow up on projects to ensure they are completed correctly and on schedule Coordinate between customers, technicians, office staff, and management Identify delays or issues and take action to keep projects moving forward Maintain accurate project and job information within company systems Compensation & Schedule $25/hour base pay 5% or 10% commission on qualifying weekly repair sales — whichever is greater for that same week Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Must be flexible with the schedule and willing to adjust hours when business needs require it Performance-based earning potential Commission is based on qualifying repair sales according to company guidelines Qualifications Previous experience in project management, construction, home improvement, field operations, or a related industry preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously Comfortable communicating with technicians and customers by phone Ability to identify additional repair or improvement opportunities Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly Comfortable visiting job sites and working in a field-service environment Experience with chimney, roofing, masonry, construction, or home services is a plus Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules and business needs What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, proactive, and results-driven .
