Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager in the Cleveland Area to support heavy highway, bridge, and civil construction projects . This role is responsible for managing project schedules, costs, subcontractors, and coordination from award through closeout. Responsibilities Manage heavy highway, bridge, roadway, and civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion Oversee schedules, budgets, quantities, and cost controls to maintain project profitability Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and field crews to meet production and quality goals Review and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Ensure work complies with project plans, specifications, DOT standards, and regulations Lead project safety efforts and enforce OSHA and company safety policies Serve as the main point of contact for owners, DOTs, municipalities, and project stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in project management or project engineering on heavy civil projects Experience with heavy highway, bridge, roadway, sitework, and/or underground utilities Familiarity with DOT and municipal projects Proficiency with project management software (HCSS, Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar) If you are interested in this Project Manager role in the Cleveland area please apply!
