This is a fast-paced role that requires a high level of commitment and dedication. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be expected to: 1. Manage and coordinate project submittals, RFIs, work orders, and other related documents. 2. Assist in defining the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project stakeholders. 3. Maintain and manage all warranty documents, owner manuals, and close out packages. 4. Provide administrative support to project managers and field staff. 5. Utilize CAD software to create and interpret construction documents. 6. Develop, communicate, and implement project schedules and deadlines. 7. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project progression. 8. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion. 9. Maintain detailed project documentation and records for future reference and auditing.Qualifications:
1. Experience in a similar role within the construction industry. 2. Proficiency in using CAD software and interpreting construction documents. 3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety procedures. 4. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. 8. Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant computer applications.
