Liberty Center, OH Job Overview Rupp Rosebrock Inc is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator/Engineer to support our project management team across commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their construction career who wants hands-on exposure to scheduling, submittals, documentation, and site coordination while learning from experienced project managers and superintendents. Key Responsibilities Support project managers with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Assist in preparing and updating project schedules Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor communication Track project budgets, invoicing, and closeout documentation Attend site visits and project meetings; take and distribute meeting minutes Help maintain project files and ensure documentation stays current and organized Support the estimating and PM teams during the bid-to-buyout transition Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction preferred; recent graduates with internship experience considered Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); familiarity with project management software a plus Valid driver's license required Benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off Health, dental, and vision coverage Company-provided equipment Training opportunities and mentorship from senior PMs Company Sponsored Team Building Events Work Schedule Full-Time - Monday to Friday Occasional evening hours depending on project demands Work Location Based in Ohio; travel required for regional projects Willingness to work as a traveling superintendent a plusJob Type:
