Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and professional Class A CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, a strong commitment to safe and efficient vehicle operation, and a dependable work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate different types of trucks, including tractor-trailers or dump trucks to and from job sites
- Load and unload cargo as needed
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Ensure that all materials are properly secured before transport
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate with dispatcher to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive a manual transmission
- Previous experience driving tractor-trailers, dump trucks and similar vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
