55k-80k Job Description, responsibilities, and qualifications The Project Manager is responsible for overall direction, coordination, and completion of specific projects consistent with Mainstream initiatives and goals. This includes acquiring materials, resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver completed projects on time and cost efficiently. The project Manager will review quality control reports throughout the lifecycle of the said project. ? Assist in project quoting. ? Determine project scope, milestones, and deliverables. ? Create CAD drawings of parts and nesting layouts. ? Identify the resources and raw material needed. ? Review the deliverables and resources with the department leads and production team. ? Use shop software E2 proficiently. ? Create project job traveler to be released to production team. ? Develop clear and concise progress reports. ? Coordinate status meetings on a weekly basis. (Frequency dictated by workload) ? Review quality assurance throughout all project phases. ? Create or provide all required documentation for deliverables. (Packing slips, material certifications, certificates of conformance...) ? Appropriately file or store project information and documents. ? Knowledge of Mainstream QMS and how you contribute to it. ? FOD Awareness Prevention ? Counterfeit Parts Awareness ? Miscellaneous duties assigned by management. Entry Qualifications ? At least one year of related work experience or five consecutive years of related work experience. ? Able to read blueprints and technical drawings. ? Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ? Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Auto-cad, Solid-Works or similar CAD software. Preferred ? Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Auto-cad, Solid-Works or similar CAD software. ? Knowledge of internet and intranet technologies. ? Knowledge of materials and processes. (Metals, plastics, heat treating, coatings...) ? Three years machining experience.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
