Job Purpose This position will learn the development process and support in overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of technical development projects. Focused on achieving milestones of all development content while delivering a quality product on schedule. Key Accountabilities Support team members in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Support creation and coordinating the overall infotainment development schedule to ensure alignment between multiple functional disciplines and the vehicle project milestones. Support coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration to track maturation and capture open concerns. Analyze data interpret complex data sets to provide insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs) Communicate complex data findings and insights to team members and management. Conducting thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to facilitate data-driven insights. Set up/maintain project space in Atlassian tools (Confluence/JIRA). Coordinate development confirmation events to ensure development progress of appropriate hardware and software. Collect test time requests and provide to project team. Support gathering and organizing project progress, status updates, and risks to report to stakeholders.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering or Computer Science Minimum Experience:
0-3 years of relevant experience Preferably with PMP or equivalent training Working Conditions Sitting (40%), Vehicle testing (35%), Standing (10%), Walking (10%), Reaching (5%), Crouching (4%), Bending (4%), stooping (4%), Lift/Carry 50lbs (2%), Pushes/Pulls equip (2%) Exposure to: Flammable gases, Compressed gases, Extreme Temperatures, Radio Frequencies, Drive vehicles, Color vision What differentiates Honda and make us an employer of choice?
