Job Description

Accel Group Inc. a leading manufacturer of retail store fixtures and point of purchase displays for both national retailers and brand marketers is looking to hire a Project Manager.
General Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of sales orders. This requires coordinating and communicating the details of the projects internally as well as with the customers, installers, and contractors. In addition, this position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate information in the company's ERP system (Vantage).
Responsibilities:
Estimate freight charges, determine shipping methods and transit times in coordination with the shipping department Sales order entry Maintain communications throughout the organization to meet customer requirements Inform customer of rates, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer Handle overages, shortages, and damages Identify and solve problems for customers as expeditiously as possible Perform pre and post delivery follow-up with each customer as needed Submit orders for invoicing, ensuring that all charges including freight are accounted for Review customer data and information to identify potential problems and/or potential market opportunities Ability to read drawings and blueprints including reviewing them in AutoCAD Provide information to engineering for custom fixtures, components or replacement parts Monitor stock levels and work in process Update issues log listing issues, back orders, shipments etc. as required by customer
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management experience Store fixture knowledge Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to work with minimal supervision when required Knowledge of Vantage, Word, Excel and AutoCAD Familiarity with fixtures, drawings and floor plans Must be organized and detail oriented Willingness to work overtime and travel when necessary

Full-time Pay:
$24.00 - $36.00 per hour
