????We're Hiring:
Senior Project Manager - Structured Cabling & Integrated Systems ???? Multiple Locations | ?? Travel Required ???? $140,000 - $170,000 annually ???? 2 Openings We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex structured cabling and integrated systems projects from initiation through successful closeout. This is a great opportunity for a strong project leader with a background in telecommunications, structured cabling, low voltage, or integrated systems who is comfortable managing large-scale projects, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.What You'll Do:
- Lead projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and contract requirements are met
- Manage project resources, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Develop and execute installation strategies using industry best practices
- Manage different contract types, including Lump Sum, GMP/Cost Plus, Unit Price, Design-Build/Design-Assist, and Time & Material
- Identify change events and drive effective change management
- Partner closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Monitor project performance and proactively address risks, schedule impacts, and resource needs
What We're Looking For:
- 7-10+ years of experience managing structured cabling and/or integrated systems projects
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Strong experience managing complex construction or telecommunications projects
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements
- Knowledge of construction technology platforms, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Strong understanding of change management and project controls
BICSI RCDD, BICSI
RTPM, or PMP is preferred- Additional BICSI certifications are a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel overnight as required ?
