We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our painting crews and ensure our painting and repair projects are delivered with exceptional quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Who We Are Derheim Painting is a fast-growing residential painting and home improvement company built on a foundation of integrity, efficiency, and high-quality craftsmanship. We specialize in interior and exterior painting while ensuring every client receives the highest level of service. We thrive on process, organization, and accountability, and we need a strong Project Manager to keep everything running smoothly. Compensation & Rewards •Base Salary:
$35,000 annually. •Project-Based Incentives:
Earn additional bonuses for staying on budget, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining high customer satisfaction (NPS scores). •Monthly Performance Bonuses:
More opportunities to maximize earnings based on results. •Expected Annual Earnings:
$55,000 to $100,000+ Key Responsibilities •Project Coordination:
Manage residential interior and exterior painting and repair projects from start to finish. •Subcontractor Management:
Onboard, train, and negotiate labor rates with subcontractor crews to maintain efficiency and profitability. •Quality Control:
Conduct progress checks to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations. • Deliver onPromises:
Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest level of craftsmanship while exceeding client expectations. •Client Experience & Payments:
Ensure the client is wowed by the experience and collect final payments efficiently. •Sell Additional Services:
Identify additional opportunities for revenue growth while on-site. •Neighborhood Marketing:
Help expand our local presence by engaging with homeowners in active job areas. •Warranty & Issue Resolution:
Handle warranty requests and customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Who Thrives in This Role? ✔ You like control, order, and structure. Monday through Saturday, with some evening work as needed. •Valid Driver's License:
Must have a clean driving record (company vehicle provided). •Background Check & Drug Test:
