This is a hands-on, field-based position for someone with painting and/or home services experience who wants to take the next step in their career and grow into a Project Manager role. You'll work closely with the Project Manager as a key support person, helping keep projects on track, maintaining quality, communicating with homeowners, and making sure crews have what they need to succeed. Approximately 80% of your time will be spent in the field visiting job sites, speaking with homeowners, checking project quality, and helping with day-to-day project needs. What You'll Do Visit active job sites and help monitor project progress Communicate with homeowners and provide project updates Perform quality inspections and help ensure work meets company standards Handle punch-list items, touch-ups, and small job-site needs Help with job-site cleanup and organization Order, pick up, and deliver materials as needed Provide daily updates to the Project Manager Track daily activity and project information using company software Help keep the shop organized and stocked Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project management Serve as the Project Manager's "right-hand person" in the field Take on increasing responsibility as you develop toward a Project Manager position What We're Looking For 1-2 years of management or leadership experience in home services, construction, or a related field Previous painting experience is preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude and strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable working directly with homeowners Detail-oriented and accountable Comfortable using technology and company software Motivated to learn, take ownership, and grow Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to work throughout the Portland Metro Area and Vancouver, WA. Compensation & Benefits $30-$35 per hour.
