Seeking Entry-Level Project Coordinator:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a dynamic team responsible for managing facility and workplace projects for a leading corporate client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and serving as a key resource throughout the project lifecycle. This position will begin as a part-time role (approximately 25 hours per week) with the ability to transition into a full-time opportunity

Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field of study 1 year of experience within project coordination, retail, customer service, or receptionist Highly organized individual who has strong communication and problem solving skills Job Description The Organizational Product Coordinator supports the global product storage strategy by helping client teams organize, maintain, and optimize their physical spaces and product storage rooms. Working in close partnership with the S+O Organizational Product Manager and broader S+O team, this role delivers strategic and tactical professional organizing services, including product liquidation, unpacking, organization support, and special storage projects. The coordinator aligns with the S+O mission, vision, core values, and standards while ensuring high-quality, client-focused outcomes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and support onsite organization sessions focused on optimizing storage areas, product samples, and materials.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact during client sessions, providing hands-on support and coordinating support team activities.
+ Collaborate with Organizational Product Managers and key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
+ Track session outcomes, maintain accurate records, and complete data entry and reporting as needed.
+ Prepare, stage, and deliver supplies required for organizing sessions and inventory management activities.
+ Assist teams with inventory organization, storage processes, and end-of-lifecycle product management best practices.
+ Ensure quality standards are met by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
+ Participate in team meetings, trainings, and client consultations, contributing feedback and process improvement ideas.
+ Support SOP development and help train team members and clients on organizational processes and best practices.
+ Handle confidential information appropriately and provide administrative support, including email communication and documentation.
+ Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Beaverton, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
