Organizational Product Coordinator - Storage
+ Organization (S+O) TeamJob Description The Organizational Product Coordinator supports the global product storage strategy by helping client teams organize, maintain, and optimize their physical spaces and product storage rooms. Working in close partnership with the S+O Organizational Product Manager and broader S+O team, this role delivers strategic and tactical professional organizing services, including product liquidation, unpacking, organization support, and special storage projects. The coordinator aligns with the S+O mission, vision, core values, and standards while ensuring high-quality, client-focused outcomes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities
+ Lead, act as point of contact, and actively support S+O organizing sessions, primarily full-day sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, to set up and optimize storage rooms for managing product samples and materials.
+ Serve as an onsite partner for client teams and key stakeholders, providing hands-on assistance during each session and directing the work of the support squad to ensure smooth execution.
+ Track and document post-session metrics as needed, maintaining accurate records of progress, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
+ Collaborate, synchronize, and communicate closely with S+O Organizational Product Managers to ensure seamless execution of session strategies for assigned client teams.
+ Participate in team meetings, manager meetings, trainings, and client consultations as directed, contributing insights and maintaining alignment with S+O priorities.
+ Take responsibility for S+O quality control by ensuring client needs are met or exceeded during each support session and throughout all client interactions within the S+O scope of work.
+ Become an expert in end-of-lifecycle processes and S+O best practices, and assist with training and educating clients and support team members on these processes and standards.
+ Contribute feedback and ideas to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the S+O playbook.
+ Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintain organized records, and handle email communication in a timely and professional manner.
+ Prepare for organizing sessions by gathering, staging, and delivering necessary organizational supplies to client locations as needed.
+ Support inventory control activities by helping teams categorize, store, and manage product samples and materials in an organized and efficient manner.
+ Provide excellent customer service and relationship management throughout all interactions with client teams, internal colleagues, and external vendors.
+ Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in accordance with S+O standards.
+ Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support evolving business needs. Essential Skills

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Basic clerical and office support skills, including accurate data entry and Excel data entry.
+ Inventory control awareness and ability to support tracking and organizing product samples and materials. Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Project and/or administrative experience is preferred and will support success in coordinating organizing sessions and special projects.
+ Familiarity with Lean and 5S methodologies is preferred and beneficial for driving efficient and standardized organizing practices.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective email correspondence, meeting participation, and client consultations.
+ Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments as requested, demonstrating flexibility and growth mindset.
+ Ability to take responsibility for decisions, actions, and results, and to follow through on commitments.
+ Comfort working with digital collaboration tools and channels commonly used in modern office environments. Work Environment This role is 100% onsite for four days per week and is very physically active. The position typically requires working on one's feet for a minimum of three hours at a time and repeatedly lifting items up to 50 pounds while organizing and moving product samples and materials in storage rooms. Core working hours are centered around approximately 25 hours per week, with full-day organizing sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, plus an optional one-hour team meeting on Monday from 9:00-10:00 a.m., which can be attended virtually or onsite. The work takes place on a large, dynamic campus environment with access to various facilities and amenities, including campus shuttles and transportation support. Team members may access fitness facilities such as a gym with sauna, pool, rock climbing, and recovery center for a monthly fee, as well as outdoor tracks and other campus resources. The environment fosters connection through internal communication channels and campus events, including large annual celebrations and activities. Contract team members receive paid holidays, accrue sick time, may expense their phone bill, and are eligible for one week of paid time off after 18 months of work tenure. The role involves regular interaction with cross-functional teams, requires comfortable casual attire suitable for physical organizing work, and offers opportunities to build long-term connections while contributing to important organizing and storage projects. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Beaverton, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
