We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to support a packaging redesign initiative. This person will coordinate creative assets throughout the review and approval process, keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned, and ensure timelines and deliverables remain on track.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate packaging designs and creative assets from internal and external partnersRoute materials to the appropriate stakeholders for review, feedback, and approvalTrack project timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and asset versionsFollow up with stakeholders to keep feedback and approvals on scheduleMaintain organized project documentation, status updates, and final deliverablesIdentify potential delays or roadblocks and communicate them proactivelyPartner with creative, marketing, packaging, and other cross-functional teamsEnsure clear communication and smooth handoffs throughout each stage of the redesign
