Excellent organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of Pacific Northwest plants, irrigation, drainage, and hardscape construction.
Experience leading field crews and maintaining team accountability.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Industry certification/licensing is a plus.
