Job Description
Project Coordinator responsible for managing integration activities, vendor coordination, procurement support, scheduling, and supply chain execution across project teams. Job Requirements Project management experience. Experience managing vendors. Experience supporting RFQ responses. Experience assisting with procurement activities. Experience coordinating staff schedules and project functions. Experience supporting supply chain activities. Experience managing project integration efforts. Experience coordinating activities between vendors, customers, procurement, and internal teams. Preferred Skills Experience with vendor selection and sourcing processes. Experience reviewing quotations and procurement documentation. Experience tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Experience supporting technical or manufacturing integration projects. Experience with purchasing, supply chain, or operations coordination. Job Responsibilities Manage project integration activities across vendors, customers, and internal teams. Coordinate vendor activities and project deliverables. Support RFQ development, review, and response activities. Assist with procurement and purchasing requirements. Track material, supplier, and supply chain activities affecting project execution. Coordinate staff schedules and project support functions. Maintain project schedules, milestones, and action items. Monitor vendor and procurement status against project requirements. Support resolution of supply chain and integration issues. Coordinate project documentation, procurement records, and vendor information.
