This is a full-time, field-based role focused on job coordination, customer communication, and day-of-install support. You'll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly while gaining exposure to sales and advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the GM with daily project coordination and job site readiness Communicate with homeowners before and during installation Ensure crews, materials, and equipment are aligned for each project Assist with job site visits, quality checks, and issue resolution Handle light material runs and miscellaneous field tasks Maintain clear documentation and updates on active jobs
