Project Coordinator - Onsite#26-08783 Erie, PA Onsite Contract Starts 9/07/2026 Ends 9/07/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a contract position with a Global Manufacturing Company located in Erie, PA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This position is fully onsite.

Compensation:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:

This role involves coordinating with a variety of suppliers on a project team. The ideal candidate will track requests for quotes, monitor supplier development schedules, manage the qualification process, and provide analysis and summaries to support manufacturing and program metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track request for quote (RFQ) activities Work with suppliers to ensure PO promises are input into the ERP system Monitor supplier development schedules; work proactively to highlight risks and identify potential impact to delivery schedules Execute PPAP; monitor and expedite supplier qualification process steps with appropriate functions as necessary Interface with manufacturing team to support first build Maintain product cost information and provide analysis and summaries as required Gather and maintain data related to overall program metrics and provide summaries and prepare weekly updates as required

Primary Requirements:

Associate degree in a technical field preferred Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications desired Microsoft Office proficient, especially in Excel (pivot tables, etc.) ious experience working on a project team with exposure to project scheduling and cross-functional interactions Possess excellentmunication skills both written and orally Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
