We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and capable of managing day-to-day project progress with minimal supervision.

Projects include:

rental property renovations turnovers painting flooring kitchens/baths drywall/trim general remodeling This is an independent contractor (1099) position with consistent project availability.

Ideal candidate:

experienced in residential renovations able to problem solve independently communicates professionally shows up consistently takes pride in quality work comfortable coordinating materials/tasks as needed Must have: A drivers license and your own truck basic tools renovation/remodeling experience Compensation based on experience and project scope.
