Electrical Project Manager / SalesAbout Parra Electric Parra Electric, Inc. is a locally owned and operated electrical contractor serving residential and commercial customers throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and surrounding areas for more than 26 years. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Sales professional with a strong electrical construction background to join our team in Glen Mills, PA. The right candidate will meet with customers, evaluate electrical projects, develop scopes and pricing, prepare proposals, and manage awarded projects from start to finish. This is not an entry-level position. The right candidate must have strong knowledge of electrical construction and be comfortable working directly with homeowners, builders, general contractors, and commercial customers. You should be able to walk a job, understand what is needed, determine the appropriate scope and pricing, communicate clearly with the customer, and oversee the project through completion. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners, builders, general contractors, property managers, and commercial customers to evaluate electrical project needs Perform job walks and evaluate existing site conditions Review plans, specifications, drawings, bid documents, and project scopes Develop accurate scopes of work, labor requirements, material costs, and project pricing Prepare clear and detailed proposals Review proposals and project scope with customers as needed Follow up on outstanding proposals Answer customer questions regarding scope, pricing, scheduling, and project requirements Manage awarded electrical projects from initial planning through completion Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and field requirements Communicate project scope and expectations clearly to field personnel Work closely with electricians, foremen, office staff, vendors, and subcontractors Maintain communication with customers, builders, and general contractors throughout the project Monitor project progress, labor, materials, schedule, and job costs Identify scope gaps, conflicts, and potential project issues before they impact the job Prepare and manage change orders, revisions, and additional work Ensure additional work is properly documented and approved Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and address project needs Help resolve field and customer issues quickly and professionally Ensure projects are completed according to scope, schedule, quality standards, and customer expectations Assist with project billing and closeout Maintain organized and accurate project records Work closely with ownership and operations throughout the project Required Qualifications Electrical construction experience is

REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and construction Experience managing electrical projects Ability to walk an electrical project and determine the work required Ability to develop accurate scopes of work and project pricing Strong understanding of electrical labor and material costs Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, blueprints, and construction documents Strong working knowledge of the NEC and electrical construction practices Experience working directly with customers, contractors, and field personnel Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently Strong understanding of project scheduling, manpower, materials, and jobsite coordination Experience identifying and managing change orders and additional work Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and follow-through Proficiency with computers and construction/project management software Valid driver's license Applicants without electrical construction experience will not be considered for this position. Preferred Qualifications Master Electrician license preferred 5+ years of electrical construction, project management, estimating, and/or related experience Electrical field experience Experience working directly with homeowners, builders, general contractors, and commercial customers Experience estimating and pricing electrical projects Experience with electrical estimating and takeoff software Experience with project management software Experience pricing and managing change orders and project revisions Experience managing project budgets, labor, materials, and schedules Experience taking an electrical project from the initial site visit through completion What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced electrical professional who can look at a job, understand what it takes to complete it properly, put together accurate pricing, and manage the project through completion. This position requires someone who is comfortable both in the office and in the field. You may be reviewing plans and preparing a proposal one day and walking a project with a homeowner, builder, electrician, or general contractor the next. Once a project is awarded, you'll stay involved and work closely with our operations team and field personnel to make sure the job is properly planned, materials and manpower are coordinated, changes are addressed, and the customer is kept informed. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
