Koy Restaurant is seeking an experienced and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality, consistency, and presentation, and who can thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate must have prior sushi preparation experience, strong knife skills, and a commitment to maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards. This role requires weekend availability and the ability to work efficiently while delivering excellent dishes to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare sushi and other menu items to restaurant standards Ensure freshness, quality, and proper food handling procedures Maintain a clean and organized workstation Assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen organization as needed Work collaboratively with kitchen staff during service

Requirements:

Previous sushi chef experience required Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients Ability to work weekends Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Strong attention to detail and presentation
